I hired a private eye and he did nothing. I had a tracking device in his pick up and told them where they were meeting so that he could get a picture. Spent 2500.00 and got a picture so far off you couldn't tell who it was. Borrow a friends car and follow him. Take a witness with you. And another thing you can't sue a woman for alienation of affection if she doesn't have any money or assets .

38 - they actually do still print phone books, as even though I've filled out the online thing to be removed from the list, we still get this little bundle of phone books down in Catawba, usually on a day that it has rained, and they are just dropped on the ground in front of the mailbox. Every sopping bundle goes from the mailbox to the recycle bin. Every year. Year after year.

Unless he knows about it and has turned it off (apparently from the report I watched not a ton of people do) you can go into the settings of his phone and see where he has been at what time. No app installation required. Most all phones are automatically set to have it on at all times from the day that you get the phone. I had never heard of it before until I saw it on Todays show a few weeks ago. It Is actually rather scary since on Android systems the info is sent straight to Google, making it possible for a predator to hack into your Google acct on any PC, and see where you are currently, places you frequent, and find out where you live. Not a comforting thought when you think of how it can be used against you. :/ My husband and I were astonished at the detailed records our phones held. We immediately turned the setting off! I am so sorry that you are in the situation that you worry he is cheating. Perhaps talking to him about it will help, and shed some light on it.

Not if he's smart. Google Phone, all calls show up as a dead end. Also, use Google Message instead of built in text messaging. Everything shows up as only data and can be erased by simply deleting the app

Just go see a lawyer. Sopena ( sp ) his phone records. You will have all you need.

I only know of two in this area. Thats Hayden Church and William (Bill) Fletcher. I talked to Bill once about it for myself and its VERY EXPENSIVE!!! He sd if i was almost 100% sure then it would be worth it. Like if he stages somwhere u think ur husband may be going he sits for 8 hrs and never sees him then u pay 8 hrs for nothing then he will stage again and it costs evert single time (and still may never see anything). He sd also its very hard to prove in court and u have to have multiple times and very good proof. Like just talking in a parking lot or social atmosphere
