I used to keep Larry in the church nursery when he was a baby/ toddler. It's sad for all involved but breaks my heart for Brent and Phyllis since Larry was their only child.

I was in courtroom. The actual charge was misdemeanor death by motor vehicle. He was given prayer for judgment for 18 months, not commit any crimes, complete I think 50 hours community service to charitable organization. Come back to court in 1 year for review see how all is going. Judge said he knew was accident, he never intended to kill other guy. The other man's family was there to give victim statement. His mother read statement, they broke down in tears. They told him they didn't have hard feelings about it, but just asked him to be careful and not be on cell phone. (Phone records proved he was not on cell phone the court said).

After more than a year and at least 4 continuances, I believe Joshua Hutchens finally had his court date this past week. Does anyone know the outcome?
