mawma, a child could get a gun out of the house by hiding it.
I don't know why someone would not recognize a gun. Anyway, even toy guns are not allowed.
Lots we don't know.
Who do you want to blame?

How could the audience herein possibly be able tell you with any degree of certainty how the situation occurred using the extremely limited information that you have provided? Your request is the equivalent of me discovering a turd by the trail at the park and expecting you to be able to tell me what the producer of the turd had for lunch.

I call BS.
As for the HYPOTHETICAL question "how does a kid get ahold of a gun?".... the same way they get ahold of alcohol, Xanex, lighters, p**nography, the parents' car keys, marijuana and million other prohibited items..... from inept, or morally corrupt, adults. Welcome to the real world.

I for one think all kids should carry guns to school.

I heard once about this bear that could hit a ball with a stick and run to first base.

Way too many faults with this story to think it's true.

it's soooo much easier to argue when you don't have "alternative facts"...
we need facts to argue

No one is wanting to argue, we just wanted confirmation of what you heard.

I was wondering the same thing. How do your know this is true. I have a school age child and this leaves me very concerned about something that may not be legitimate.

I have just heard that in one of the schools here in Wilkes that a child (10 years old) brought a gun to school and was told to take it back home and not bring it back because the teacher thought it was a toy, he brought it back the next day and a male teacher saw it and knew it wasn't a toy and sent him to the office and he told them that he wanted to shoot the kids......How does a child of 10 get a gun out of the house without a parent not knowing this and WHY does a school allow this and send him home with it and tell him not to bring it back......Even a toy isn't allowed in the schools, but this one was and turned out to be the real thing.....
