I have the iphone 4S and downloaded the most up to date upgrade 9.1, now my information does not work. I can make calls and get messages however none of my applications work unless I m on wifi. I turn the information on, however it turns itself right back off. Any thought how to alter this

I had the over the air download on my iphone and it works fine or seems to not to mention has upgraded at least 2 times since the 7.0.

Anyone that is truly familiar with iOS devices says don't update. They function best on their original firmware

IT suggests waiting until at least the first update before downloading.

Only fools update iOS devices

Has anyone download this on there ipad yet. If so how is it.
