the 20 minutes sounds more rite than the one hour they would be burnt and who would want to wait that long to eat those good taters

Seems to be a lot of interest in Holly Farms receipes. These are all from Cooks.com. Bushman has the safest receipe on here for preparing their fried chicken.

HOLLY TATERS


6 lg. potatoes
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. fried chicken seasoning
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 stick butter


Wash potatoes and slice in wedges. Do not peel. Mix next 5 ingredients and shake potato wedges in it. Place in baking dish and pour 1 stick melted butter over it. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.

HOLLY FARM TATERS


4 to 8 potatoes
1/2 to 1 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 to 1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 stick butter


Wash potatoes and quarter. Mix cheese, flour, salt, and pepper; coat potatoes. Melt butter in a baking pan, add potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes until brown.

6 or 8 med. potatoes
1 stick butter
Flour
Parmesan cheese
Garlic salt
Pepper


Wash and quarter potatoes. Melt butter on cookie sheet. Roll potatoes lightly in flour. Place on pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, garlic salt and pepper. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes on one side, turn and bake 15 minutes or until ready to eat. Bake at 350 degrees. Serves 4-6.
