Attention: Food Service Employees and Owner. A food safety course called NEHA Certified Professional Food Manager will be offered on a monthly basis at the Wilkes County Extension Office. The course will be taught by Registered Environmental Health Specialist Angie Rhodes. The next class is scheduled for March 30th from 6:00 pm - 9 pm and March 31st from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.
