Too bad they did not get the area when you turn up the road at the light to the hospital they need to get that fixed

But I was surprised at how fast they repaved the whole thing! Considering how long they've been working on 268, I thought it would take a least a few years to get done on West D

That paving and striping job is acceptable in North Wilkesboro.

Was there a link of this post about reporting pot holes to DOT I wanted to contact dot about the pavement in front of wells fargo on 268.

This mess was done in the middle of the night, or at least the paving part. It was the worst mess trying to get thru, they didn't know how to direct traffic. There was almost 2 head on collisions that night while i was waiting for 15 minutes to get thru. A waste of tax money to a company that can't even do a respectable job!

I was in Wilkes today and was amazed at the horrible road paving on D Street. How embarrassing is that to those who have to see this mess every day? If my workers did such a poor job I'd be firing EVERYONE of them. Lucky for me, my employees take pride in doing a good job. So how about fixing this eye sore?

That center lane drops down to about 6 feet wide! If you're turning into Anytime, there's no way that you can do it without your car taking up part of the left lane

It's like that all over Wilkes county where there is new pavement. This contractor must be related to somebody important or must have dirt on somebody important to be able to keep doing this. Anybody accused of DWI can use this for evidence of innocence.

I saw that too. It dips in and then comes back out. I wonder if the truck drawing the line had to swerve away from a car coming too close to them. Maybe that's why it was like that?
