I subscribe to the Sunday paper in October for the coupons. For the first month I received a paper every Sunday. The following month it was hit or miss. I sent an email about the problem and then I also called because it continued to happen. By the beginning of January I wasn't receiving a news paper at all so I canceled my subscription. The beginning of March I received a bill for the full month of January and February. I contacted them and they informed me as far as they were concerned I had been receiving the newspaper and I needed to pay. I told them I cancelled months ago but they still insisted I pay the bill and even asked if I wanted to tip the carrier. The have the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen.

I had the WSJ for years Sunday only. Yet due to rising costs & a new carrier that may have dropped off paper at 8am- 10am- 12 o'clock & not at all if'in inclement weather. So i canceled out...

We have to buy a paper every day and the paper stands we stop at are either empty, a day (or in one case a week) behind or non-existent. I have complained to the newspaper but nobody every answers. We could get the paper on line but I want it in my hand and I want to do the crossword puzzle. Such a shame.

A good paper delivery person is someone to treasure , some take the job thinking It will be easy. We had several until we finally got one who is dependable .

I've called on average 3 times/week since last August, and still can't get a straight answer. Last call they said they were hiring a new carrier, odd, but there were a total of 12 routes mentioned in Help Wanted ads last week.

I quit getting the paper years ago for that very reason.

I also did not get a paper today! Reported it on the web site, ask for credit and never get it.

I moved here almost 2 years ago, and have always had the problem.

Same here. I called & complained today, as well as every day that I don't receive the paper. It's crazy!
