I think that the 22nd amendment keeps the pres from moving into the office and staying for more than 2 terms in a row. Since Clinton has not been in office for a while, he could technically run again but probably would not want the thankless job again.

unfortunately the 22nd Amendment to the US Constitution (enacted 1951)prohibits a President from serving for more than two terms; Bill has already served his.

Quack, you just said a mouthful. Yes, she was a little wh*re who came on to poor old defenseless Bill who could not say, "NO." A lot of men have that same problem. See, you never said one word about what Clinton did wrong and that is typical of our society - blaming everything on the woman who 'tempted' the man but never saying anything about a man's responsibility to say "NO.' I would say that a man would have even more responsibility to say "NO" than a woman because he was the one created first. He is supposed to be the 'man of the house' and not some wimpish little yes-man who cannot say no.
I would say a man like that would be more of a wh*re than a woman who can't say no.
Oh yes, when Adam was caught in the garden eating the forbidden fruit how did he justify it? He blamed it all on Eve and it has been that way ever since.
