What's worse? Pajamas in public or people slumped over a buggy while shopping?

I'm to busy while i'm in there getting what I need. And don't have time to worry about what everyone else wears or their posture .But then I was brought up with MANNERS & RESPECT .Sounds to me like your the one with a problem

I have leaned against the cart plenty of times. I have worked out too hard and my back muscles and leg muscles could be sore. I had rather see someone in pjs than to see people with everything hanging out. Morales went out the window with some people they had rather show the family jewels instead of covering them up.

Wow! I had never dreamed it would bother someone to see a person leaning on their shopping cart. Because of health issues I rarely go anywhere. Just walking around in walmart is hard for me to do. I get weak, and can barely stand up sometimes. The shopping cart gives me a little bit of help so yes I have leaned on one. I look perfectly healthy to most people, but I am in constant pain all over my body. I also have a non traumatic spinal cord injury that causes my feet and legs to burn and sometimes go numb.. Try not to judge someone for something so trivial. How is it bothering you? . You have no idea what someone else is feeling. A simple trip to town is probably nothing to you, but to me it means lymphedema swelling, neuropathy, pain and exhaustion. Just getting ready to go out is exhausting. I don't wear pajamas to town so at least I'm not judged for that too.

Some people need buggy for support. Don’t judge, you may someday.

Wonder which one are you since you do care so much about name calling?

Some people also have asthma or copd so bad that they are so tired from gasping for breath, leaning on a buggy sometime gives them a little relief until they can catch their breath. As for pjs, its different strokes for different folks.

Some people use canes to walk with.. So they lean on a buggy ,they don*t have to use their canes, Walk a mile in their shoes. Before you criticize

Unless you're the one buying their clothes, you don't really get a say in what other people wear.

My college roommate and I used to wear our PJs to Waffle House all the time back in the day to eat breakfast food in PJs (before either of us knew how to cook.)

But I would never do it now unless I was sick and picking up medicine or something. But as far as I'm concerned what other people wear is none of my business.

I personally can't help it sometimes being slumped over the buddy, I have sometimes felt so tired and sore that I'm to prideful and embarrassed too use one of the electric carts to toe me around when grocery shopping. The Pj's how ever yes are disturbing. But what have we not seen that wasn't disturbing?

I was raised to take pride in my appearance. I would be lying if I said I didn’t notice when people are wearing pjs or slumped over but What other people wear and how they carry themselves has nothing to do with me and is none of my business. Now if they were completely naked or smoking or etc. I’d have a problem with that.

Seriously you know that's not what is happening.

20 somethings to darn lazy to put clothes on to go to the WalMarks and then have to change again when they get back home with the cheap beer and diapers.

boils down to observe and move on. who knows your house could catch fire in the middle of the night and be stuck in your pjs for a day or two.and not everyone has help or family to buy them something else to wear. could be a person suffering from severe depression that drug their self out of bed to go do what they have to do. and yes, it could be some lazy person....but who cares?

I don't think the OP is talking about granny with a back problem. Lighten up.

thank you baseball mom. maybe one day when these ppl get older or become physically unable to have proper posture or just plain unable to function properly, i hope their minds are able to remember making judgements against ppl and think of when they poked fun at anyone for anything. it always comes back around in some shape form or fashion.

Not all people that are slumped over a buggy are lazy. My mother was very sick and although she had a wheel chair that my son's and I begged her to let us push her in when we took her out shopping she totally refused it,she felt if she didn't try to walk that she was giving up,she passed away 5 years ago and never sit in that wheel chair. So before just assuming someone is being lazy because they are leaning on a buggy is wrong, you might ask yourself first why they are leaning on thst buggy.

I would never wear my PJs in public unless I'm in them and get a call that I have 5 minutes to get somewhere for a million dollars.
