Well, before everyone talks out there arse. I was there. And she tried to use it for an excuse before the judge sentenced her. There was no evidence to support her claim and her attorney motioned her to shut up.

Its easy to make the victim into a villain when they are not there to speak up,Its a common practice of defense attorneys to demonize or discredit the victim.

She did get life, read the whole thing before commenting. It said in the paper she told the judge her reason after the trial was over. What reason does she, or her daughter have to lie about it? And you are absolutly right, batman. I would have killed him twice!

If that is true and he did rape the child then yes I have no mercy for him. But it could be a lie just to keep her from going to prison for life. She should have pressed charges against him if he did do it.Im not saying he didn;t do it but im not saying he did either We don;t know. But I do agree with you about what I would do if someone did that to my child. I would be out to get them to.

Be careful how you judge....Put yourself in this mothers shoes....if a skumbag raped my daughter I would be angry enough to want to hurt the person who did it pretty bad myself....it may not have been right what she did but at least she had a good reason....and from her own daughter's statement it should tell you he was raping her....The one we all should have compassion for is her...she lost her whole family and is scarred up pretty bad from this ordeal....I hope and pray God will see her through....We all should be praying for that poor little girl....instead of being so judgemental and nasty on here...chill out folks this is not the time....nor the place...

They should have been done the same way they did him. Some people are so mean they must be half demon. I just can;t understand how another human could do something like this to another. I wouldn;t do something that cruel to my worst enemy. What that poor mans family must be going threw to know their loved one was killed this way.

He raped his own daughter.. She was a child. He suffered and he is burning in ****. My mom is still living. May not be the life she imagined, but she is living. She has made her peace with God. So I guess the ppl that don't like that will just have to grin and bare it.
