The filing is dated April 2011, well before Trump ascended to the presidency.

The guy who got Epstein a slap on the wrist in Florida when he should have done life for his crimes got appointed by Trump to be in his cabinet. That reward got reversed when the whole ugly truth came out and he had to resign in shame.
