Anti, How much do you think his orders cost? The wall was approved and passed and budgeted back in 2006. This bill was signed made into law that a physical barrier will be constructed along the US Mexico border. It isn't some crazy idea he came up with, it is an already established law that he plans on seeing fulfilled.
The TEMPORARY ban on immigration would cost nothing because ... well it is people doing their jobs. If you deny entry to the US from origin points, where is the additional cost? TSA agents are already paid to screen for people on no fly lists
The others fall into the same category, they tell people how to do the jobs they are already doing.
Expediting EPA reviews on high priority infrastructure projects. The EPA already reviewed the projects, just now has to complete high priority infrastructure projects within 30 days. Honestly that shouldn't even be an order, the government serves the people. They/we deserve service in a timely manner.
Cutting two old regulations per new regulation still has zero cost. These people are already being paid to do this job. Your state representative, or senator is already getting a salary to perform a function. They could create a grand bill that makes every tweet Trump makes mention gowilkes, or do nothing and still get paid.
On to the point of polling, they had Hillary winning by 6 points until the election was over. I trust polls like my dog and my dinner when I walk away.

The President can't really do anything without Congress. He can sign an Executive Order to build a wall, for example, but if Congress doesn't approve funding then it doesn't go anywhere. He can sign an Executive Order to ban immigrants, but if the courts overturn it then it doesn't go anywhere.
Republicans in Congress see that Trump is massively unpopular with the Republicans, so they definitely do not support him. He might not be worried about reelection, but they are, and they know that supporting him is likely to get them voted out.
Which is why the House Budget Committee has already met 7 times since the election, but have never even discussed paying for any of his orders:
