The problem here is that the lap top was not in Hunter's possession. It was in the possession of the computer techn and Rudy. If they had possession, they also had access to Hunter's email account. They had motive and opportunity to down load a fake email. In fact, they could have emailed this information to an unsuspecting underage child themselves.
