We have an election coming up, so this is the time that we need to push the people running to promise to fix it. It's a public safety issue, which makes it the government's responsibility.

Maybe we should get a big group together and all stand in the middle of 421and also Winkler Mill Rd. Till someone does more that take pickers of dry holes. And then run up and take pictures of overflowing ditches, drains and the overflow flowing down the middle of 421.
