Superstitious goat herders that lived over 2000 years ago wrote about themselves

Really. You tell me to research more and then reference Zeitgeist? Zorastrianism has no sources that predate early Christian texts much less the Dead Sea Scrolls. Mithra was dealt with by the funny Lutherans in the video. The website AtheistExperience says, "Zeitgeist is perhaps one of the most damaging films I've ever seen, because people who don't exercise proper skepticism buy into a flawed story and then repeat it." I'd heed the warnings of your own side of the argument.

There are millions of people that will miss the mark in other cultures because of following ways to eternal life that are on the wrong path, even here in the U.S., it don't have to be in the Amazon.

Does that same thing count when let's say a person in an Amazon tribe dies? Do they get the same treatment?

Jesus is Lord and he Loves you Agnostic, and all other none believers. I hope you make it right with him before the end time because you will definitely bow the knee to him then and then he will have to say, depart from Me you workers of iniquity, I never knew you.

The Bible plagiarized from ancient Egyptian texts, namely the Book of the Dead, the coffin Texts, the Pyramid Texts and the heiroglyphs themselves. Nearly EVERYTHING in Christianity can be traced back to ancient Egypt.

As soon as you said "plagiarism" I was reminded of those funny Lutherans. However, I would recommend you do the same.

Goatherders couldn’t read or write. Kind of kills the OPs theory

Letmypeoplego, you may need to do a bit more research.

and their superstitions. They sold the idea that there was a sky fairy that floated around in the sky that was able to see everything a person did. Who ever said they had the best connection to that sky fairy got to be in charge of all the sky fairy believers. That's just my take on this subject.

You can see how far advanced agnostic is today. He doesn't know if he should believe or not believe so he tries to explain it as a sky fairy that floats in the sky. Even the goat herders would not let him try to herd goats with them.

I call it plagiarism. They couldn't think of their own stories so they stole stories from other places and put them together.

BeStill, maybe agnostic is all about the fay people.

Read Matthew, Mark, Luke And John. The Good News of Jesus is ETERNAL LIFE. Be Faithful to Jesus because he is Faithful to those of Faith in His Words. Don't be DECEIVED by others.

I have never heard this and I am an ancient language geek. I know about the weird goat screaming, but this is the first I heard about fairies. Can you provide a link? Is it Celtic? Most fairy stuff comes from those places but they did not herd goats that long ago.

The "superstitious goat herders" were made up of Priests, Kings, Musicians, Doctors, Lawyers, Fishermen, Scribes, etc. I think "goat herders" is a bit of an oversimplification, but if it makes you feel good...cool.

Those goat herders as you call them apparently had more going for them than all the world does today with all their computers and internet. They went to see the newborn King and the world can't stop talking about it.

That is a fairy-ly far fetched story.

(Just couldn't help myself. Too easy and sorry?)

Dude, calm down. Believe what you want, okay? Everything works out in the end, good or bad, it works out.
