For what it's worth, The Gov., Ins. companies & Banks are going to take every thing you own if time stands long enough for them to get it. This has been in works for many many decades......

What Trump pays to play golf a year would pay my social security for 500 years.

Last month, Donald Trump and Paul Ryan attempted to gut Medicare and Medicaid to give $1 trillion in tax breaks to the wealthy. Thanks to your resistance, But not from you TRUMPERS that effort went down in flames. Now, rather than learning their lesson, Trump and Ryan are pivoting to an attempt to destroy Social Security to give tax breaks to the wealthy.

This plan is much more insidious than Trumpcare. The Associated Press reports that as part of Trump’s tax reform proposal, they are considering eliminating the FICA contributions that fund Social Security. Because only the first $127,200 of wages are taxed, Trump’s team are calling this a middle class tax cut. But destroying Social Security’s funding will hurt the very people Trump purports to help.

So I guess when you poor trump loving sob have NO S.S.
Then you can thank your president!

LOL, the increase in social security was just about enough to cover the increase in Medicare fees.

Congress enacted automatic annual increases for Social Security in 1975. Presidents often get blamed when increases are small or zero.

But President Donald Trump has no power to boost the increase, unless he persuades Congress to change the law.

In 2009, President Barack Obama persuaded Congress to approve one-time payments of $250 to Social Security recipients as part an economic stimulus package.

Over the past eight years, the annual COLA has averaged just above 1 percent. In the previous decade, it averaged 3 percent.

So you can thank OBAMA

Trump sent my money to himself , his family and his wealthy friends.

A president who refuses to show tax returns has something to hide.

you chumps are getting all excited about nothing...

Medicare premiums might devour your increased 2018 Social Security benefit

The average Social Security monthly benefit will rise by $25 next year.Medicare recipients who have benefited from the "hold harmless" provision could see that advantage largely eliminated for 2018.

I sure didn't get one with Obama in office. How could the president be responsible for decreases but not increases, You just can't have it both ways. Or under DEMOCRAT led Congress.

Increases in Social Security are tied to the Cost of Living and the President has nothing to do with it. PERIOD.

He may not determine how much, but he can stop it from coming to you, Obama did

Any little increase is a blessing to those who have earned those checks!

How many of you anti-Trump democrats got an "increase" in your social security??????

The fear mongers declared Trump would cut Social Security for elderly. Another lie from the left.
By the way, before your lie again. I worked and paid into Social Security for over 40 years so don't compare it to your Welfare check. If you paid in for over 40 years please feel free to use Welfare for your safety net. You "EARNED" it.
