Rose, you seem to relish at the thought of abortion.

I consider it similar to eviction. And it's not taking up residents in my body for 9 months all cause someone wants it to grow into human being when I can abort it early before a heart is formed including a brain.

My rights trump theirs, they don't exist since their is no brain activity or a heart heat. Screw a clump of dead cells rights.

As you chant about your rights, take a moment to consider the rights of the unborn and the potential for life. Their voice is not as strong as yours.

Yha because women didn't have the right to vote. Abortion cannot be overturned and nor can you stop it. Yrs ago, they didn't arrest women for abortion. The most they could do was out cast her and call her a harlot. Civilization is to advanced to do away with abortion. And if you guys did, it will only be the start of were you destroy America. As I said, you strip someone of their rights and you should have yours stripped by force as well.
Anyone can force a miscarriage on purpose and go to the hospital with some fake tears and cry about how they accidentally fell down some stairs or off the porch.And what have you accomplished? Nothing other then taken medical procedure that would help women.

Thanks for sharing what is wrong with folks. The right to abortion by the 14th is a leap and could be overturned by the courts. The original intent of the 14th addressed pertinent issues resulting from the war: equal protection, voting and apportionment, citizenship, slavery, and who may hold public office. Abortion was not an issue in1868.

No it can't, you do that. And you'll start a war. Not just about abortion, but breaking the constitutional rights.You see that's what wrong with you folks. Both parties want dictatorship over the other and soon as one loses it's power. The other takes over and changes the laws again to where you've started from scratch. You also have the supreme court to deal with it.
Personally. I believe both parties should have the same amount of seats in political power. That way no one has more power then the other and they all have a equal amount enough to where they will be forced to make a compromise.

RvW could be overturned in the future by more conserv SC. That's how constitutional rights work. Its all about interpretation of the 14th.

In fact my *** is so big, that I can sit on my enemies until the cops show up and most likely then I will tried for murder when their lungs have collapsed from my weight.
