they never done nothing for me outside of city limits but create a water scare a few months ago

trucks use that intersection. i never see anyone walking. waste of money to put lines underground for businesses but not for the public living on traphill road. why not use the money to create real business space for a shopping center or target. melody square is the biggest joke of town
