Sorry you misunderstood. I was not using wax as in candle wax, or in car wax ( Wax on. wax off) This is why English is so hard to master for foreign speakers, and some native speakers as well. Clearly. Consider my wording as it stands. I will try to use more common language in future.

Accessible health care for everyone would be a boon. One thing the pandemic has definitely exposed is the shortcomings of our system of obtaining health care through employment.
