Foxnose (view profile) Posted 8:51 am, 01/18/2022 Most parents would not teach their children what trash they are being taught in government schools
Like math and science? How many parents do you know that can teach calculus? I am really good at teaching languages and literature, but remain learning disabled in the whole STEM curriculum.

f*xanose is clearly one of those parents that blames the school system over the student or himself/herself for bad performance rather than having a symbiotic relationship with the school system. I'm sure his/her child was never in the wrong either, just the school system or teacher.
"Why did my kid get a D?" not "why did YOU give my kid a D."

WestEnd (view profile) Posted 8:49 am, 01/18/2022 The path to higher education is simple! Parents have to be willing to be involved daily in their children lives. Period..Higer Education starts at home and continues in schools. Children are products of the environment they are raised in.
Right on!

And if you want less federal government funding, then maybe you should advocate for a property tax raise in Wilkes that would help properly fund a school system.
You are in realization that you whine most about things that your local politicians could help but choose not to because then you'd whine about them raising taxes to fund something locally.
If you don't want federal help then speak with you locally elected officials about how to drop fed funds and use locals to fund school system.....novel ideal, isnt it.

CRT isn't even in schools. Just a modern day way to scare the soft whiney right into believing something is being "stolen" from them.
It's just another scare tactic to get the softies on the right riled up.

Fox is also ignorant of how public schools are funded.

My parents, and myself as a parent, would never think to discredit public education. Fox has never had opportunity to know the difference, hence her dunce status.

I am a product of a great private school. My children were all private schooled. No shame in it. We just wanted the religious component. Anybody can choose.
