Yeah. First you have to pass a test and then go to an interview with several other employees. It's like the supervisor, a couple of office people and some regular employees. They are all interviewing you at the same time. Oh and I think you have to have a high school diploma.

Don't know about hiring both but that's a good company to work for. They paid $11 back in the late 90's or early 2000's when I thought about going to work there. Don't know what they pay now.

Thats the reason i am asking upon applying. To see if we both have a possible chance of getting hired. If its a waste of time and hard to get on we will keep looking. I can not get my license until we both find a hob we can get on together. We live pay check to paycheck with no government help other than our daughters Medicaid and the help we get with her formula. If we can find a hob together we could afford more. But till then its paycheck to paycheck. Barely got any living money after bills and baby supplies. '

Most employers are going to show you the door if you ask for both to be hired to work together.

Dang girl.. you need to get your license. You don't want to have to depend on a man for transportation for the rest of your life. Congrats on the baby and hope everything works out for y'all!

Well also we have a 7 week old baby, its saves on costs of travel. Its smarter to work together to save money then work separately. Therefor i do not have license. He is my transportation. We live far enough from everything its better to just work together. Key point, looking for a job together so we have more money to take care of our child, bills and ourselves. Which is hard enough as of now. ' And honestly he has a job, just trying to find US a job we BOTH can work. And most factory jobs dont care if your married. Been there done that. 😐 For the sake of our child ya know you hire both or neither. He dont need a job he has one. We just want both want to work, but cant afford seperate jobs.

As a business owner I would never hire a married couple or someone who says "if you cant hire both you cant just have one". I know nothing about that business in particular but I do know that working with your spouse is a good way to end up divorced.

Anybody on here work at interflex off 268? Just wondering if theyd hire a married couple together. If they cant hire both they cant just have one and didnt know if that was a problem. And how hard is it to get a job there? And what all does a machine operator do, along with whats the work schedule like?
