I can blame inequality for our problems. When FDR started the great society of welfare dependants he used the poverty to generate it. That very comparison of the haves and have nots kicked off the division and hatred we have today. Democrats siezed on the bitterness and created a political ideology. What we see today with the "social justice" , "reparations", "DEI" and all the Wokism has its roots in that same inequality claim. The infiltration of gangs, terrorist, and 20 million illegals is the Democrat way of getting back at the America they hate. Personal responsibility is eliminated from their vocabulary. I have a hard time blaming all the problems in the world on wealth inequality. You are given the opportunity for happiness in this country, it is not guaranteed. It is the democrats that created this boogeyman of the rich for their failed policies of fighting poverty for sixty years. The ironic part is the democrats are rich and got rich while in office. But I don't understand how it is society's problem if a person quit school, refused to go to college, or got a degree in cultural studies and can't make a living. I feel sorry for someone that is addicted to drugs or alcohol and want to live on the street but I don't blame it on the rich. If initiatives are taken away for being successful, then we are the same as China or Russia. Only we will not have another country to steal technology from.
