Let's be fair here.
In 2008, Rasmussen was the only pollster to consistently call it for Obama, and they were right on the nose. So we really can't scream "partisan bias."
What's odd, though, is that the "Strongly Disapprove" stat went from 31% to 39% in the last month. I wonder why? Trump hasn't done anything positive... the only thing I recall is negative press for the Democrats, so I suspect that this is a reflection against Democrats more than in favor of Trump.
But Gallup puts Trump at a 37% approval, where Obama was at 49% at the same point:
That's a pretty big difference, so I guess time will have to tell which one comes out as more accurate.

Using 1 number out of appx. 50 polls is sort of like the story of a supposedly Russia-America race..America won, but the Russians only reported their car finished 2nd.....

Trump often says that "polls are fake." "I think he gets a little bit of a bump because it was a non-Republican speech," Henry Olsen, a senior fellow at the Ethics and Public Policy Center and a Washington Post political data analyst, said Friday on Hill.TV's show, "What America's Thinking." "It was conciliatory, at least that's how people who aren't inexorably opposed to him would have seen it," he continued. "I also think that presidents tend to see an approval rating, after a shutdown is concluded, they tend to see a bump back to their previous levels. And I think you're beginning to register that." Republican voters also warmed slightly to Trump after the speech. His rating from GOP respondents increased to 85 percentage points from 81 percent in the Feb. 1-2 survey. Trump's rating from independent voters remained essentially the same across both polls. Forty-two percent of independent respondents approved of him before the address while 41 percent did so afterwards. Historically, presidents have received slightly higher job approval numbers immediately after delivering State of the Union addresses but they tend not to have a long-term effect on their public support.

ump is upset watching the democrats destroying all their chances to win elections. He's one of the mush brains that upheld all those biased pollsters that told him and the other mush brains that it was Hillary in a landslide. But this is what really happened. The polls they depended on all got it wrong. And now they are on this thread making the same mistake again. Mush brains being mush brains.
