What details has he provided? He hasn't even given a name, so there's no way to verify any of it, or to determine whether he is a credible accuser.
Ford, in comparison, gave names, dates, and locations, all of which were supported by Kavanaugh's own calendar. And his friend had written a book that described him as a black-out alcoholic, so he could never honestly say whether or not he had done it while drunk.
Further, he lied while under oath during the hearing, which alone should have disqualified him for the appointment.
If Booker's accuser releases his own name then maybe we can determine whether his claim has any merit.

Oh no, they are not identical. These claims are more current and he has provided some details. Much more than Ford had. She was used by the Dimocrat lawyer and other DNC hacks. Shame on them.

Confusion and ignorance knows no bounds.
Ms. Ford wasn't pushing for a criminal investigation, it was a simple FBI investigation to determine whether Kavanaugh was qualified to be on the Supreme Court.
And Ford had value as a reliable accuser: she was a Stanford professor with no major political bias either way, and she had discussed the incident with her doctor 6 years prior (while Obama was President, so long before Kavanaugh was on anyone's list as a potential Supreme Court nominee). So there was no apparent cause to believe that she was lying.
And further investigation showed that Kavanaugh's calendar supported her statement that he planned to be at a small house party that week, with the people that she claimed to be there. So there was historical proof backing up at least part of her claim.
This accusation against Booker is different in that the accuser has remained anonymous, using the name "TheeDeepThroat." So there is no way to investigate whether the accuser is reliable as an accuser, or whether Booker was even at the location that the accuser is claiming. For all we know, the accuser could be Dhillon himself, just making things up to prove some sort of a point.
The 6th Amendment states, "in all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right…to be confronted with the witnesses against him." Kavanaugh had that right with Ford, so until Booker's accuser breaks away from anonymity then his claim has no merit.
However, if he does come forward then I would fully support an investigation. And if Booker is innocent then I suspect that he would support the investigation, too, to clear his name.
