I volunteer for a group that provides rides and we do NOT ask any political questions. We support everyone's right to vote.

Normally it is older people who have voted since they were allowed. I never ask who they've plan to vote for, but honestly most people just tell me and then ask me. My standard answer is "I voted for the person that I believe best represents what I would like the USA to be".
