Jimmy, let me tell you how you can tell this is not a hearing. During a hearing, both sides of the story gets told.

This is just a paid political advertisement hoping to take attention away from the massive failures of the Biden administration. It will backfire

Panel makes case that Trump campaign knew alternate electors scheme was fraudulent | January 6 hearings | The Guardian

The House select committee investigating the January 6 Capitol attack made the case at its fourth hearing on Tuesday that the Trump 2020 campaign tried to obstruct Joe Biden's election win through a potentially illegal scheme to send fake slates of electors to Congress.

The panel presented a text message sent on 4 January 2021 that appeared to indicate the Trump campaign was seeking to use fraudulent election certificates they would have known were not state-certified to obstruct the congressional certification of Biden's win.

Just a few paragraphs from your article:

"But while protest is indeed ingrained in American democracy, legally speaking, the comparison between protesting a politician at home and a member of the judiciary at home is inexact. And experts say the latter category of protests is probably illegal regardless of how peaceful the demonstrations are."

Focus on the word probably. A word you just said I couldn't use in another post.

'Abu El-Haj said that argument isn't "crazy," but "I doubt the argument would win the day in this context."'

"But it highlights how there are no easy answers when it comes to potentially policing protests such as these. And as we confront these difficult issues of which protests are okay and which aren't, it's worth establishing what's technically allowed under the actual law."

The actual law that you are referring to says that people cannot assemble by places where justices have offices as well, the Supreme Court building has their offices, people protest there all the time. The law also states that assembly with intent to persuade or intimidate for a desired outcome. There would have to be ample proof that there was intimidation, like calling homes of elected officials and leaving threatening messages....

I do not agree with protesting at anyones home, but the law you reference is not clear and even the ones in the article you provided are only speculating what may or may not be illegal.

Thanks for playing though!

Here's just a little of it, if you care to read (won't hold my breath).

And no, there is no law about not being able to be near a SCOTUS house.

Skeptic it is no conspiracy, its all there laid out for you. But Trump said it best, "I could shoot someone on 7th Ave and not lose any voter."

More or less saying that he could get away with anything and these folks would still believe what I (Trump) tell them.

But you're not a sheep...

Remember when these clowns on here were screeching about folks showing up to the supreme court justices houses and even tried to say some law applied to it being illegal?

Looked like today the same clowns whining about that are the ones who went to homes of elected officials in certain states to attempt to threaten and harass them to overturn an election...mob rule much?

**** losers.
