They bake their ff and onion rings so that is why they have a dry taste.. Not good at all. Said they don't use oil to cook with.

Burgers have always been good. Onions rings and fries are sometimes over cooked. However they quality has gotten better recently.

The original 268 place never went old. I have not seen one person at the original place working at the new location? That must be their problem.
Management failed to train and hire people friendly workers. Old grumpy country women don't cut it plus no beer or goodwill burgers? Recipe for disaster. I hope they read this.

My cheeseburger was cold and meat was tough. Since it open, only been in one time and that's it.

I agree on the menu redo. A variety of sandwich options would be nice. And of course since there isn't a place where you can eat and have a beer in that area..... Beer would bring in more customers

We have been there twice.....and nothing special! It's very small inside with tables way to close!!! Took a while to get food and had to wait at register just to pay. Some of the ppl working there acts like there scared or something. Was just an odd environment...strange.

Still don't know what a hamburger with lettuce, tomato and mayo cost.
They list 13 different prices for a hamburger. No wonder the service is slow they have a hard time figuring out the price of a hamburger.

Way overpriced, we have given them three chances, each time something wrong with the order.
