Childhood favorite of mine. Quick, easy, healthy and tasty.


Pork chops
Stewed Tomatoes
Chopped Onions
Green Olives

Brown pork chops on a skillet.

Add Stewed Tomatoes, Chopped Onions and Green Olives (although I prefer it without the Olives). Simmer covered for ten minutes or so.
