Moving, no amount of cooking will destroy the prions that cause mad cow disease, also known as BSE (bovine spongiform encephalopathy) I eats me meat very rare and don't worry about it. You are at more risk of developing the human form of this disease CJD naturally than the very rare incidence of possibly contracting it from a cow

When it comes to steak, you can slap that bull's arse and send him through the kitchen. I like it rare, just barely warm. I want my chicken done, no pink showing or rubbery texture.
