Put vegetable or cooking oil in a bowl, add salt, pepper, paprika, garlic. You will just need to eyeball the amounts of each depending on how many potatoes you have. Cut potatoes in thin slices and put in bowl and mix with ingredients. Cook for around 20-25 minutes at 425. Very good and healthier for you.

I have a big ole bag of potatoes and I would love to make some home made french fries. I tried just slicing them in planks and baking but that was not great. I seasoned them with seasoning salt and sprayed the pan and potatoes with pam. Any suggestions? Thanks.
