Pineapple Casserole

When you read the ingredients, this will sound absolutely horrible, but the first time I made it, it became an instant family classic. 2 Cans Pineapple Tidbits - partial drained 1 Cup Sugar 6 Tbs Flour 2 Cups grated cheddar cheese (mild or sharp) 1-2 stacks Ritz crackers crushed (I prefer 2, but opinions vary) 1 Stick Butter - Melted (1 stick = 1/2 Cup)
Mix the pineapple, sugar, flour, and cheese together, and pour into a casserole dish. Set aside. In a bowl, mix the Ritz crackers and butter together. Stir until completely moistened, adding more butter if necessary. Spoon the cracker mixture on top of the pineapple mixture.
