Meat on a stick!! Appetizer or finger food. It's great!

Chicken breast boneless and skinless. At least 2 pounds. Cut into strips.

1 can coconut milk
1 Tablespoon Red Curry Paste, light brown sugar, fish sauce. Some use oyster sauce but I use fish since I am allergic to shell fish.
Dash of kosher salt

Mix Marinade .
Add cut chicken.
Marinate from 30 minutes, and up to overnight. WOW! That makes the flavors pop.

Heat your grill, or indoors use cast iron grill plate.
Skewer marinated chicken on water soaked bamboo skewers.
Place on grill, cook till golden brown turning once to other side.
it doesn't take long.
Serve with Peanut Sauce.
