Two Ingredient Lemon Bars
Two Ingredient Lemon Bars

Very easy, fun to make with the kids

1 box angel food cake mix (I use Betty Crocker)
2 cans lemon pie filling (I use two 21 oz cans of Comstock pie filling, making 42 oz)
OPTIONAL: powdered sugar to sprinkle on top

Mix (by hand) dry cake mix and cans of pie filling together in large bowl.

Pour into greased 9 x 13″ baking pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until top is starting to brown.

Cool on wire rack and (optionally) sprinkle with powered sugar.

I've read others say that they used cherry pie filling instead of lemon pie filling. I guess that any flavor would work. I also read one person say that they just used a can of pineapples (not drained).
