YMMMM! this sounds so good.. my favorite!

I will share a recipe that my husband made up and it is so good with shrimp sauce.

In a non stick pan put about 8 chicken tenderlions (fresh or frozen), 2 tlbs. jalapeno juice and about 10 of the jalapeno peppers. Add about 1/4 cup water also. season with chopped onion bits, lemon pepper, salt and pepper. Cook until chicken is just done and add 4 tlbs. spoons Teriyaki sauce (low sodium) and cook about 2 minutes turning once. Serve with rice and shrimp sauce.. This is spicy and sooo good!

I will also share this about the rice. If you use instant white rice, put it into hot water and do not boil it. Let it set for about 10 minutes and make sure to follow the recipe on box. just do not put onto stove. This helps the texture and taste when frying. dosn't get mushy.

For the mixed vegetables, place a small amount of olive oil in an electric frying pan heated to 400 degrees,

When the pan is hot, add cut up zuchinni,(I cut the seeds out), onion, and brocolli. Place lid on top and reduce heat to 350 degrees and cook until tender, don't over cook.

I tried several times to make Hibachi Chicken with mushrooms and rice like Koto's. I finaly got it close enough. Only real difference is no mixed veggies in rice.
If you have any suggestions to make this any better, please post!:)
This is a 2 serving recipe.

You will need...
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 bags of boil in bag white rice
1 pack fresh sliced white mushrooms
1 can sliced carrots or fresh cooked sliced carrots
Soy sauce
1 tsp butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
Shrimp sauce(you can get it in a bottle in fresh seafood section at Lowe's Freshmart.)

Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Place chicken in frying pan and drizzle with soy sauce. Add mushrooms when chicken is just about done. Cook on medium high heat until chicken is done adding more soy sauce as desired. While chicken is cooking, boil rice for 8 minutes. Drain rice. Heat butter and brown sugar till melted, stir in carrots. When chicken is done remove from pan and place rice in pan. Drizzle with desired amount of soy sauce and fry rice for one to two minutes. Serve with shrimp sauce and enjoy!
