Take A Kid Fishing Day!

The Town of Wilkesboro, the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission, and the Stone Mountain Chapter of Trout Unlimited will be hosting a Kid's Fishing Day at Cub Creek Park on April 13th from 9am - 12pm. The kidís fishing day will be open to children 12 and under. Kids 13 and older and adults are welcome to fish after 12 pm. Parents or guardians are to be present with their children at all times. An NC Wildlife Agent and a representative of Trout Unlimited will be onsite to answer any questions. Kids under the age of 16 do not need a fishing license.
