Reduced cost spay/neuter vouchers are available to Wilkes County residents who hold current Medicaid cards or who can show an annual income of $25,000 or under. Participating veterinarians are Animal Ark-Elkin (get a voucher before making appointment) and Wilkes Veterinary Hospital (contact them for appointment first; new clients will have to go to a wellness exam first).
