I have recently fell sick and been placed on medical leave! I am in need of funds to help offset the lack of funds I have! I have a doctor's appointment Wednesday to see if I can return to work! Please help me out with anything that you can! It will be greatly appreciated! I don't have any savings and live pay check to pay check!
