REFITďż˝ is a life-changing CardioDance experience. It focuses not on body shape, size, or age, but on strengthening your heart, soul, and mind. It is all about community and building relationships. REFITďż˝ is family friendly and uses value positive music in each class. Led by certified REFITďż˝ instructor, Joyell Leonard, this class will certainly change the way you think about fitness.
