Fern Valley not only grows fresh herb starts for your garden, but we also want to teach you how to cook with them. There are so many wonderful health benefits of even the most common herbs, plus fresh herbs add amazing flavor to any recipe. With the rush of back to school and getting ready for the holidays, we would like to offer you several easy recipes for after school snacks and football games. We will also teach you how to add fresh herbs to your quick fix recipes. Refreshments will be provided of the recipes we are featuring, and participants will also get an herb information packet. Amanda Mumpower will be the instructor and she has years of experience as a professional cook. The session usually lasts about an hour, and you are welcome to ask questions after the seminar.
