Nite Company is a five piece American rock band from Wilkesboro, North Carolina. The band, formed in 2022, is comprised of of local musicians.

Eddie Pendry: Bass
Amanda Valdorain: Vocals
Chris Bauguess: Sound and backup vocals
Charles Hicks: Lead vocals and rhythm guitar

All members have diverse musical interests fusing rock, country, and Celtic for a unique sound and style that�s engaging and interesting with a feel good attitude and a distinctive stage performance.
