Hi everyone, I'm a new Reiki Master here in Wilkes and I wanted to start off by doing several free meditation days for women! This will be done at my home, in the yard. (I thought of doing it in town at a park but I believe it would be to distracting). So, you would need to bring a towel or a blanket to sit on, you can even have a chair if getting down is hard for you! I do have a few that can be used. I'm reaching out today to see if there is any interest and if so ill make us a schedule that will fit each one of us.
