The process of selecting a business structure has important legal and tax implications for potential business owners. In this seminar participants will compare and contrast the different types of legal entities and learn various tax differences between the following entity types: Sole Proprietorship, Single Member LLC, Multi Member LLC/ Partnership, S Corp, and C Corp. Participants will leave the seminar feeling prepared in selecting the best business structure to meet their needs.
