Friday, May 31, 2019 at 12:00pm the Wilkes County Public library and the Wilkes County Health Department will host Mandy Matney, Geriatric Specialist with Vaya Health. Her topic will be “Enhancing Mental Health with Alternative Treatments.” Many alternative treatments can be used to create balance and stability while managing mental health and reducing stress. The luncheon is sponsored by Wilkes County Public Library and will be catered by Brushy Mountain Smokehouse and Creamery. Registration is required. Lunch is free for the first 30 registrants.
