Robert Brown is a constitutional scholar and is going to explain. the "pros" and "cons" of NC calling a COS (Constitution of States) through and Article V convention. There are currently 3 or 4 bills awaiting a vote in our Legislature. We need to be informed IF this is something our State wants to endorse.
