Free workshop on coyote biology and behavior and how to address problems with the animals.

The workshop will include practical methods of reducing coyote numbers, including non-lethal methods and basic trapping techniques. It will also include information about laws and regulations on taking coyotes.

The workshop is being conducted by staff of the wildlife commission, U.S. Department of Agriculture Wildlife Services and the Wilkes Soil and Water Conservation District. It is designed for farmers and other landowners.
