Friday, November 16, 2018 Vaya Health will offer a free seminar entitled "Dealing with Depression". Depression is a hidden” epidemic. Depression is under-diagnosed and under-treated in older adults it lead to increased suicide rates. This evidence-informed course examines causes of depression, symptoms, treatment and caregiving tips that are relevant for older adults and anyone coping with depression.
