Thursday, September 28, 2017, at 5:00pm, Please join us for Cooking Healthy on a budget.
This program is co-sponsored by the Wilkes County Diabetes & Nutrition Center and the library. Registered Dietitian, Erin Cashwell, MPH, RD, LDN and Kimberly Jordan, BS, WIC Nutritionist will show how to cook healthy food that taste good. A light meal will be provided with a limit of 20 registrants. Registration is required. To register, call the library at 838-2818, extension 232 or 236. Sessions will be held at the Wilkes County Library in the Friends Meeting Room.
