January and February 2018, Mary Hasz of Moravian Falls, NC will exhibit her art work in the Friends of the Library Meeting room. Mary received her Bachelor of Art degree at Valparaiso University in Indiana and studied under Professor Richard Brauer. Mary's paintings cover a wide subject matter from abstracts to landscapes. She is inspired by the work of Monet and creates movement across the canvas with wide brush strokes and a flowing pallet knife. She conducts hands-on workshops for aspiring artists to explore and expand their talent.
