The Humane Society of Wilkes is having an adoption fair at the Wilkesboro PetSmart, 10:30-2:30. Many HSOW foster pets will be there looking for their forever homes.

The adoption fee for a cat or kitten is $80.00. The fee pays for all the vet work that has been done including:
1. Physical examination
2. A check for worms, routine de-worming for hookworms and roundworms
3. Feline distemper and upper respiratory vaccines
4. Rabies vaccine at 4 months
5. Spay or Neuter at 4-6 months
6. Feline Leukemia test and FIV test
7. Microchip
The adoption fee for dogs and puppies is $120 including exam, vaccines, spay/neuter and microchip.
